Panasonic NN-H965BF Genius 2.2 cuft 1250-Watt Sensor Microwave Review

As I’ve got more people living in my house now, I figured that I would get a new microwave. After all, I now have more mouths to feed and I could use something that can heat everything at once. While I could have used my old microwave for this, I felt like I could have saved a lot of time if I could stop splitting things into twos and threes before putting plates into the oven. After doing a bit of research, I decided on this particular microwave, the Panasonic NN-H965BF. I find its multiple power settings quite useful, and it also turns out to be very easy to clean. I don’t consider myself a microwave chef, but I like to play around with my electronics. Even when it comes to food, I like to know what my machines can do for me. When I’m cooking and I have guests over, I find that I can work a lot faster with a roomier microwave. This one is quieter than my previous one, too, so they don’t feel like their ears are buzzing as much. No one has complained to me yet about the food that I’ve served to them, so I assume that everything’s well-cooked. I normally have more trouble, but I’ve found that my cooking has gotten much easier.

Panasonic NN-H965BF Functions

As for the other functions, there are nearly too many to count! I had to make a list to remember how to use all of them, because I didn’t want to have the instructions manual of my microwave in my apron pocket. These instructions are currently pasted on my wall, and I find that my tenants also seem to like them. So far, I’ve used the defrosting button the most. I like to cook chicken, and I need a way to make sure that my frozen chickens are quickly dealt with. On the other hand, one of my tenants will use my microwave to make baked potatoes, which just shows how an even cooking can do wonders for even the most clueless of cooks. I also found someone making hot chocolate the other day, which was quite nice. I was most surprised to learn, though, that it can keep food warm for about an hour. I usually don’t think of microwaves as the first thing to go to for that particular function, but I decided to try it out. It really lived up to its promises. All in all, after trying the Panasonic NN-H965BF microwave,it’s safe to say that it would satisfy anyone needs.

During Black Friday, I was told that lots of different kinds of microwaves would be on sale. I wasn’t searching for a Sunbeam SGS90701W specifically, but I said that if I found one worth the money I would get it. I had been on the lookout for one for quite a while, but I didn’t want anything that would be too fancy or expensive. That’s not what I’m looking for in a microwave, after all. I’m glad I did my research. Finally, I caved in and bought my own microwave for the apartment instead of borrowing my neighbor’s. It wasn’t the microwave that I was looking for, but then again I wasn’t really looking for a microwave at all. This one works just fine for the small space that I have. Since I usually use this to cook food to feed myself, it doesn’t need to be any bigger than the 0.7 cubic feet that I get. Sometimes I’ll use it to heat up the food that I feed by cat, but most of the time it’s just for my meals. I’m glad that it fits above my mini-fridge, to be honest, without blocking my view of the window.

Sunbeam SGS90701W Has Many Options

Occasionally, I’ll use the weight defrost function. It’s more useful than I thought it would be, so I must say that I am pleasantly surprised. I have a pet peeve, after all, of cooking with vegetables that are frozen. They just don’t taste quite so nice when I throw them into the pot and stir. I like to defrost them first, and then cook. For this, I usually throw whatever it is I’m cooking into a bowl and put it in the microwave. The Sunbeam SGS90701W saves me a lot of effort, because I don’t have to think about how long the defrosting will take. The microwave is smart enough to figure that out for me, and in a matter of minutes I have my vegetables just the way I like them.

10 Power Levels

This machine also has ten power levels. I’ve yet to try all of them, but I’ve tested out a few of them just for fun. They were pretty useful for the things that I managed to find to fit each of their settings. For anyone who is hoping for a microwave that can deliver without causing problems, this one is it. It feels clean, too. I take out the removable glass turntable once a week to toss it in the dishwasher just so that it doesn’t start to smell in there, and I think this is a great way to maintain the kitchen. For those looking for a microwave with many power options, the Sunbeam SGS90701W might be your choice.
